Meet Paquita Poole from Birmingham, Alabama.
Paquita is a confidence and accountability strategist dedicated to helping women and youth move beyond limitations and step boldly into their next level.
With a background in psychology from Auburn University and years of hands-on experience mentoring, coaching, and leading empowerment initiatives, she has built a platform that transforms mindsets and builds structure for real, lasting change.
Through her programs, workshops, and advisory experiences, Paquita equips individuals with the clarity, discipline, and confidence needed to take action and stay consistent.
Her mission is simple: to develop strong, confident leaders who walk boldly in purpose, lead with intention, and live courageously.
